CurXor Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://curxor.ai and its pages (the "Site"), which is operated by CurXor, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Maryland ("CurXor," "we," "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to join the waitlist. The Site isn't directed to children under 13.

2. The waitlist, with no sale yet

• CurXor isn't selling products or taking payments on the Site right now. Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't reserve a unit, charge a card, create a purchase obligation, or guarantee availability, allocation, or a ship date. Saving desk interests or household counts on the thank-you page is part of that waitlist. It doesn't reserve a unit either.
• Prices, configurations, specs, and timelines on the Site show our current intent and aren't an offer to sell. They may change before ordering opens.
• When ordering opens, we'll announce it by email to waitlist subscribers. Purchases will be governed by separate sale terms (covering pricing, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, warranty, and support), which you'll see and accept at checkout. For any purchase, those terms will control over these Terms.
• We may close, pause, or change the waitlist at any time.

3. Product information, maturity, and performance claims

• The Site describes the CurXor™ box and CurXor OS™, which are in development. Features shown reflect product direction and may change. Some integrations described may use mock or stub data until real connections are configured. Verify behavior on your own unit when products ship.
• The box specifications cite manufacturer datasheets for the target platform. Latency, throughput, and similar figures are design goals unless a page says they've been independently benchmarked.
• Films, demos, and imagery may include illustrative or simulated sequences and pre-production units.

4. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

Content about trading, capital, or other financial features describes software tools for automation. It isn't investment advice, portfolio management, or a promise of returns. Trading involves risk of loss. You're solely responsible for your decisions and for following securities, tax, exchange, and other laws where you live. CurXor isn't a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

5. Acceptable use

Don't: (a) use the Site for anything unlawful; (b) submit someone else's email address, or fake or bulk waitlist sign-ups; (c) try to gain unauthorized access to, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; (d) reverse engineer the Site except where the law allows it; or (e) use the Site to send spam or malware.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, films, graphics, logos, and software, belong to CurXor, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. CurXor™, CURXOR™, and CurXor OS™ are trademarks of CurXor, Inc. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. Nothing here grants you a license to our trademarks.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and social platforms (for example X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook). We're not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will be released on any timeline or with any feature.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURXOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE WAITLIST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE WAITLIST WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE. THE WAITLIST IS FREE, SO THAT AMOUNT IS NOTHING TODAY. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify CurXor against third-party claims that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts for Montgomery County, Maryland, and you and CurXor consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

13. Changes, termination, and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the change. We may suspend or end access to the Site or the waitlist at any time. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Site. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
