SURFACES
Home, Cafe, Ask and Drop, and the box.
Ask and Drop, the box, Home, Cafe, and the algorithm — the surfaces around the desks.
Sample Home. Stand-in names. Not a live Home.
Home is your life on one screen. This life shows who you are on this box. Overnight shows what ran while you slept. House shows the family's week. One quiet line names what still waits, and each item opens the desk that holds it. Home is not a chat: "Think this through" opens Ask, and "Command it" opens Drop.
Cafe is the room the twelve desks meet in. It isn't a thirteenth desk. Nothing waits for your OK in the Cafe. As the desks' work adds up, the chamber opens, and Ascension shows the score beside the work that earned it.
Ask thinks. Drop commands. Ask answers from what's on your box, leads with the answer, and claims only what the box shows. Ask can open or read out a desk item. The rule: a send, post, trade or money waits for your OK. Drop is hold to command: hold to speak, let go, and it routes the job to the right desk. Files you keep land on the right person.
The model runs on the box. Setup starts with a quick check that needs no cloud calls. Borrowing an outside model is a choice you make: you add your own key and ask for it. Anything that goes out waits for your setup or your yes. Updates must be signed, checked and newer, and a failed update rolls back.

YOUR ALGORITHM
Your algorithm
Your algorithm lives on one page on the box: voice notes, house rules, what sounds like you, and what it no longer asks. Each line has Edit and Forget. On any desk, "Why this" names the notes or rules that shaped a draft. The answer always comes from this page alone. Today, no model is trained, fine-tuned, or adapted on you. Edits you make can be saved as notes on the box and reused in later drafts. That is not training a model.
